RFP – Clarity, Impact & Performance Project

The Washington State Community Action Partnership is soliciting proposals for advocacy & marketing, project management, thought participation, and fundraising services to support its Clarity, Impact & Performance Project. Deadline for proposals is no later than April 30, 2016.

The Metropolitan Development Council (MDC) has established the ReHarvest Center to provide training and employment opportunities for low-income individuals in deconstruction/construction trades and to offer a resale center for used building materials.

Kitsap Community Resources (KCR) sponsors The Parenting Place to develop strong and healthy families and to promote and enrich parental development and nurturing of children.

Volunteer Lawyer Program

The Community Action of Skagit County’s Volunteer Lawyer Program provides free legal assistance in civil matters (not criminal) to eligible low-income residents of Skagit County.
