The Community Action Partnership of Oregon and Oregon Housing and Community Services has produced this report, which is intended to provide policymakers, advocates, and the public with the information they need to understand poverty in their communities and work together to find ways to both support existing efforts to end poverty and develop new and innovative strategies for ensuring that no one suffers through hunger, homelessness or the stress of living in poverty.
Through this report, Community Action Partnership of Utah hopes to contribute to the ongoing discussions aimed at addressing these issues and eradicating poverty in our state.

In cooperation with Community Research Partners, the Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies has released the State of Poverty in Ohio Report, which aims to illustrate the effects of poverty in an effort to understand economic hardships today and over the last fifty years.
