2014 CHN Census Data Summary Reports – MCA and WSCAP

The Coalition on Human Needs has issued a series of poverty reports based on the American Community Survey published last month by the Census Bureau. Reports have been released in 12 additional states and are pending three others. Social Media Toolkits are provided with published reports. Tools are provided to share the data and take action over social media.

Cass River Enterprises

The Human Development Commission established Cass River Enterprises to generate revenue for the agency while addressing needs of the general public, as well as enhancing the local economy and improving the lives of area residents.

Home Injury Control Program for Older Adults

The Oakland-Livingston Human Service Agency established the Home Injury Control Program for Older Adults to help the elderly and disabled adults avoid preventable injuries by maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment.

Soup and Salad Program

The Michigan 4C Association sponsored the Soup and Salad Program to provide children with opportunities to learn more about gardening and healthy eating habits.
