Family Centered Symposium (virtual) – NCCAA

The Family Centered Symposium will be held from Nov. 9-12. Topics covered include, working with families in need, parenting best practices, mental health, motivational interviewing and more. The week will conclude with a video screening and discussion related to COVID’s impact on families and strategies moving forward.

RFP for WAP Training Vendor – FACA

The Florida Association for Community Action is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to perform comprehensive training for all Weatherization Assistance Program providers in the state of Florida.  The Department of Economic Opportunity contracts with 18 local agencies to deliver the WAP to all 67 counties in Florida. Proposals due by December 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST.
