General Statement of Duties
The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership (“ICAP”) staff, programs, and expansion. The CEO is the Agency’s chief administrative officer, and shall be directly responsible for hiring, supervising, and discharging personnel. The CEO shall perform the duties listed in the CEO job description and exercise the listed powers, rights, and authority as CEO.
