Community Action Partnership of Northeast Missouri (CAPNEMO) Board of Directors is recruiting an Executive Director who will be responsible for the implementation of the Agency’s strategic plan.  In addition, the executive director is responsible for the internal operations and the execution of the Agency’s mission and all policies set by the board.

CAPNEMO’s Board of Directors expects the executive director to possess excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.  The executive director must have the ability to work with minimum guidance, report to a tripartite board, lead staff, administer programs and respective budgets, initiate and oversee grant writing, fundraising, and be able to communicate with the public regarding the Agency’s mission and goals.

Master’s degree in Planning, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance Management, Sociology, Social Work, Public Administration or related field preferred.  A Bachelor’s degree is required with related experience and/or training.
