Job Summary

The Community Impact Project Manager, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), will oversee all aspects of the SDOH Think Tank Initiative. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting content experts/professionals across five social determinants of health domains - education, nutrition, housing, transportation, and interpersonal violence/toxic stress.
  • Convening regular meetings with each Think Tank sub-group, leading the implementation of at least one project from each of the Think Tank sub-group committees.
  • Developing white papers and reports around the impact of Think Tank projects and CSBG Eligible-Entity activities which impact social determinants of health, raising public awareness of social determinants of health, and providing T&TA to CSBG eligible entities to promote activities and initiatives which promote improving social determinants of health.
  • This is a mid-level position which reports to the Director of Training & Programs.
