Summary
This is a Non-Civil Service position with Metro Action Commission. This position leads and manages data and analytics strategy for the agency. The Analytics Manager (AM) will work to provide information to agency team members to make decisions that assist with the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process for program performance and meeting the organization's goals which includes customer outcomes. Work collaboratively with agency staff and community organizations to promote the agency's 2Gen/Whole Family approach to service delivery. Utilize the Human Services Value Curve to achieve service area and organizational outcomes. Uphold the Mission, Vision and Core values of the MAC including exemplary internal and external customer service, teamwork, and treatment of all persons with respect, dignity, and compassion.
The AM will design and lead initiatives to evaluate child and family outcomes, program performance and inform decision making that include data analyses, visualizations, and tools for internal and external stakeholders' use. The AM may provide supervision of the Data team. The AM will be assisted by several direct data team members. The work will focus on agency programs as well as examining community needs and issues effecting individuals impacted by the effects of poverty in Davidson County.
