Diamond Award Nomination Process

  • Diamond Mission Award – Innovative programs and initiatives or best practices with wide impact, broad-based support, and high levels of customer achievement and satisfaction or community improvement
  • Diamond Leader Award – Program managers/coordinators; center directors; supervisors; senior administrative staff
  • Diamond Champion Award – Program & frontline staff
  • Diamond Empowerment Award – This award recognizes those we serve. Nominations may be for individuals or for families who exemplify the journey towards self-sufficiency that is at the heart of the Community Action mission.
