How can agencies set up best practices to get their programs and program staff to understand why data matters, and how can they use it in program development and execution? This includes how agencies collect and analyze information and use it to support and/or make changes to programs in an interactive way. How can agencies feel ownership over their outcomes and how can they best tell the story around their programs?
