IACAA’s New Community Development Training Specialist

Carli Wiltsie joined the Association on February 19th as the Community Development Training Specialist…Carli specializes in data analytics and will be working with Christine Westerlund to assist  our agencies with their training needs.

IACAA Data Collection Survey

IACAA will be focusing on data and analysis in 2019 and we are in need of understanding agency processes and how can we craft meaningful learning opportunities.  We are hopeful that your thoughtful responses from the survey will inform in this direction – see newsletter to view survey.

Keystone Magazine is a resource funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.  Keystone Magazine focuses on providing resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

2019 Jon Linfield Award

Originating in 2010 to recognize the unique and innovative achievements in affordable housing developments, The John Linfield Award celebrates agencies who promote and support affordable housing in rural, small cities and non-metro areas.

The Illinois Community Action Development Corporation (ICADC), East Central Illinois Community Action Agency and the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies (IACAA) were recently honored at the 2019 Illinois Governor's Conference on Affordable Housing as champions of Affordable Housing with the 2019 Jon Linfield Award for the development of Prairie Meadows I & II.
