Job Announcement

West Central Community Action’s Board of Directors are seeking an Executive Director.

The Executive Director is responsible for the development and effective administration of all programs sponsored by our agency.

Duties of this position include working with budgets, protecting agency assets, fund raising, reviewing grant applications, directing and supporting program directors, administering day-to-day agency activities, visiting agency classrooms and offices, and maintaining awareness of the agency’s services throughout the 10-county service area.

This is a Harlan-based, full-time position with benefits that include: Health, dental and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, IPERS and 403(b) retirement programs.
