The House that KCEOC Built
KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. built a miniature duplicate of a real house for low-income families served through KCEOC's Housing Development Program. An official set of house plans was scaled down by the architects and engineers at Standard Homes, Inc. for the duplicate to be as close to the original as possible – read full story.

NC Releases Economic Impact Study
Study shows.......Every $1 in spending on community action programs in North Carolina generates more than $2 in additional economic output.
These findings come from a new economic impact study commissioned by the North Carolina Community Action Association, Inc. , representing the state’s 34 local community action agencies. The study was developed by South by North Strategies, Ltd. , a research consultancy specializing in economic and social policy.
