Seeks Program and Technology Director

As a senior director, this position will work with the CEO and will be responsible for general program administration and operations in a fast-paced state association environment, with a focus on providing support in the areas of expanding technology training opportunities to member agencies, providing technical assistance, enhancing e-learning initiatives, improving digital communications, and building the capacity of the Association and its members. This position will also provide website development and maintenance for the Association and members.
The Program and Technology Director will work with the CEO, support the CEO in program planning and agency operations, and directly supervise the Grant and Training Manager and the Event Planner/Administrative Assistant positions.
In support of other Association work, this position will also develop and oversee written and digital publications, support analysis of training platforms, and support the completion of grant deliverables.
