As was announced on July 16th, the NYSCAA Board of Directors is pleased to share that Jackie Orr will be rejoining the NYSCAA Staff in August 2018 as our new Chief Executive Officer.  Many in our Community Action network will remember Jackie as our Director of Operations from 2010-2016.  Most recently, Jackie has been employed by the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP) as the CSBG State Assistance Director…
