The Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (CAPAI) is seeking motivated, professional candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer. Candidates must possess demonstrated leadership skills, understanding of the challenges facing people in poverty, and experience advocating for people and issues. Candidates must possess highly effective communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, experience with staff oversight & development, proven ability to develop and maintain budgets and to operate within all established laws, rules and contractual regulations.
Prefer demonstrated experience in association management, statewide operations. Bachelor degree required. Prefer related experience.
Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid leave and holidays, retirement savings match. Beginning pay from $71,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
