NYSCAA bids fond farewell to Phoebe Schimpf, Deputy Director and Director of IT Services. Dan Healy has joined NYSCAA as the new Director of IT.
Highlights from the Executive Director's Seminar!
Guest presenters included Jeff Silver of Bottom Line Advisors, LLC who discussed effective ways to reduce operating costs at our agencies through bulk purchasing, Veronica Cruz and Annette Marchese from the Department of State with an update regarding NY Community Action performance, NYSCAA's own Francesca Sommer with a presentation of the "Four 'C's of RPIC," and Pedro Perez from DIASPRA Consulting who discussed Systemic Poverty.
