The Executive Director (ED) is responsible to the Board of Directors. This position oversees the planning, development, and supervision of the implementation of all activities and programs including the Strategic Plan, meeting the changing needs of constituents while complying with federal, local, and state funding requirements. The ED will recommend policies to the Board of Directors to achieve the Agency’s goals and objectives, establish structures to carry out the programs, implement Board policies with strict ethical propriety, and represent the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council (CDCAC) in the community.
