ESAAA/CAA seeks an Executive Director who will be responsible for strategic planning and administrative oversight of the organization. The Executive Director will provide effective leadership and management for all aspects of the organization including 100 employees and 22 programs. The Executive Director reports to the Agency’s Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with significant experience in either Community Action and/or the Aging Network. Demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful outcomes and to lead a team is required. A track record of financial, programmatic, and personnel development is essential.
Bachelor’s degree with appropriate executive/management experience (5-10 years) is required. Master’s degree and supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in administering federal, state, and local grants is essential. Experience in successful grant writing is a plus.
