The Development and Outreach Manager plays a pivotal role at Blue Mountain Action Council, increasing public engagement through outreach and volunteer management. Works with the CEO to advance and carrying out the agency's fundraising, and public outreach, communications, and volunteers program. Includes spearheading annual and special events; development strategies; cultivating and thanking donors; marketing/PR; and overall volunteers program from recruitment to placement and coordinating activities.
