The New York State Community Action Association is looking for a full time Training Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a team player who is able to handle a fast-paced environment and can produce quality work often under tight deadlines.
This full time position will work with the Chief Executive Officer, planning and coordinating training and technical assistance activities for community action agencies in New York State. This position is responsible for coordination of training and technical assistance activities, developing training content and curricula, identifying and engaging trainers, and presenting training and providing technical assistance. This position requires frequent travel in New York State – and will average around 50 % travel time.
