This year's theme is "Charting the Course."  The theme moves forward with relevant and timely topics to present to our audience on Community Action's constantly evolving landscape.  Community Action is working harder than ever to establish more opportunities to help individuals establish self-sufficiency. However, there are still formidable challenges to navigate.
