Seeks Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer Provides leadership and direction to the Agency in fulfilling its mission. Implements policies approved by the Board of Directors. Oversees Agency programs, operations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Implements the Agency’s strategic plan. Drives departmental collaboration and service delivery efforts. Coaches and mentor senior leadership. Assumes CEO-level responsibilities in his/her absence.
