NEW! Organizational Standards 2.0: A Webinar Series

The Partnership's Organizational Standards Center of Excellence (OSCOE) just announced a new webinar series for Community Action Agencies, State Associations, and State CSBG Lead Agencies.  The series is designed to provide continuing support for agencies to meet and exceed the Organizational Standards.  Register for the first three webinars of this nine webinar series.  The first one is today at 3:00 EST!  The next two are on April 6th and April 26th.

NEW! NASCSP's CSBG Annual Report Module 1 FAQs

Module 1: State Administration of the new CSBG Annual Report became available in the OLDC on March 2, 2017, and replaces Sections A-C and parts of Section D from the CSBG-IS.  This State of Poverty blog from NASCSP includes links to NASCSP's FAQs on this topic and the CSBG Annual Report Module 1 Instruction Manual.

The Learning Community, Community Action Partnership

The first Learning Community Group meetings of the year were held, which focused on site progress and development as members continue to work toward the final project phases of the cohort.  In January and February, the LCRC held its Racial Equity National Webinar mini-series – view the webinars.

Other LCG items

  • Results at the Community Level LCG – The new Results at the Community Level LCG met for the first time last month.  The group builds upon the conversations and experiences of the Place-Based Strategies for Community Revitalization LCG.  The project focus of this group will be to establish a clear definition of what community level needs, outcomes, and strategies are, and to explore how to observe and document change at the community level and how to share the process with key stakeholders.
