Affordable housing coming to Brown County
A group of local partners won critical financing to rehabilitate fifty-eight apartments across three properties in Brown County, Ohio.  The project, known as ABCAP Housing Renovations, will include the renovation of Brown County Apartments and Victoria Manor Apartments in Georgetown and Lafayette Place Apartments – read more.

Highland County hosts 3rd Annual Golf Outing
Last month, Highland County Community Action Organization held their Annual Golf Outing at Buckeye Hill Country Club in Greenfield, Ohio. This year, 31 hole sponsors and 12 teams came together for golf, raffle prizes, food. The agency received a surprise donation from Fifth Third Bank and exceeded fundraising expectations by collecting over $6000. The money raised kick started the agency's efforts to begin construction on a new Greenfield site that would combine three agency offices into one and bring together workforce development, daycare, and social services.
