The Community Action Agency of Columbiana County, Inc. Board of Directors is seeking to hire an Executive Director that is energetic, innovative and a proven dynamic leader to oversee, manage (budget-$15 million) and direct state/federal funded programs and health/dental centers (15 million dollars) servicing the low-income residents in Columbiana County.
The Executive Director will serve as the primary liaison between the Board and funding sources. The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years experience working in a rural non-profit organization in planning, implementing and evaluation of strategic initiatives and organizational development to ensure state, federal and local compliances are met with all programs and services. Requires a strong employment background that also has an emphasis on finance budgeting and management, fundraising, public relations, and economic development.
A Masters Degree preferred in Business, Public or Health Administration; or related field and experience. As evidenced by employment history and positions held the applicant must have excellent problem solving skills and conflict management expertise, strong technical; analytical and project management skills; a keen ability to interface at all levels and across diverse cultures; solid computer skills working with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn applicable financial software and reporting requirements; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a clean background check, and an insurable driver’s license is required. Salary commensurate with experience and credentials; excellent benefits offered.
