Seeks Director of Training and Operations

This position is responsible for the training operations of the Association. Duties include assessing and recommending the nature of training needs of member agencies and then developing and coordinating the provisions of training and technical assistance services to member agencies, their employees, volunteers, and partners.
Training and technical support services of the Association will be provided at member agency sites, at other locations in geographic or shared interest clusters and/or in conjunction with MCAP conferences. The position serves as advocate and coordinator for training programs such as ROMA, Strengths-based Family Workers, Management/Leadership/Board Governance, etc., and responsible for writing and fulfilling an annual training plan.
