REACH pilot program saved homeowner 79 percent of energy costs
Two years after signing up for a pilot program called REACH, a client in need had reduced her average monthly electric bill from $350 to just $75. CAPWI Community Service Representative Diana DeSutter administered the program, which served 50 homeowners in the six-county area – read the article.
