Connecticut Community Action Leaders go to Washington! – Connecticut community action leaders from across the state attended the 2015 National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) Legislative Conference last month in Washington, DC. They met with Connecticut's entire federal delegation to discuss how important the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Head Start, the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and Weatherization (WX) funding streams are to helping low and moderate income individuals and families build better lives…
