Advocacy – February and March have been a very busy month for our network’s advocacy efforts!  To date, we are tracking nearly 100 bills, have provided testimony, and met with over 40 legislators to move our network priorities and educate about the realities of poverty.  We continue to focus on legislation that impacts Community Action Agencies and low-income families in the areas of Food, Health, Education, Housing & Energy, and Family & Economic Security…

ROMA Certification Update – For 2015, the four individual states in the Region VII State Association (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska) have collaborated to provide a region-wide ROMA certification training…
