ROMA Certification Update – All 2014 ROMA candidates have now completed their certification or are waiting for evaluation results.  This growth in ROMA trainers increases the Missouri Community Action Network’s management and accountability expertise by over 100%… Missouri has 4 registered to progress through the certification process this year, with 11 registered region-wide.
